  • We offer free local delivery across the North West of England (including Wirral, Merseyside, and Cheshire) and all of North Wales. 

    If you’re outside our immediate area, we can also arrange nationwide deliveries via trusted haulage partners. Just contact us for a quote!

  • We aim to deliver your materials within 2-3 days after your order is confirmed. If you’re close by, we also offer next-day delivery. 

    You can also request a specific delivery day in advance, and we’ll do our best to deliver it on the day and time you requested. Our delivery service operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

    You are also welcome to collect materials from our depot if you prefer. Simply arrange a collection time with our sales team when you place your order.

  • Yes! In fact, we offer a whole comprehensive service for self-builders to help with material planning and budgeting. 

    If you provide us with the plans for your build, we’ll source the exact materials you need, including the quantity and any spare materials in case something goes wrong. We can also walk you through the best type of product for the job and any installation techniques for tricky projects.

  • Yes, we offer trade credit accounts to qualified customers, including builders, contractors, and other businesses that frequently purchase from us.

    A credit account allows you to buy materials on account (with an invoicing arrangement) rather than paying upfront each time. This is perfect for those working on a budget or for emergency situations when you don’t have the money right away. 

    Our trade accounts offer up to 30 days' end-of-month payment terms, giving you a bit of flexibility when placing frequent orders. You can fill out our contact form to apply today.

  • Yes, trade credit account holders may receive exclusive trade pricing or discounts on certain products.

    We value our loyal trade clients and aim to give competitive trade discounts where possible. This will help massively when placing large orders at once.

  • For non-account purchases, we accept major credit and debit cards in-store or over the phone. 

    If you have a trade account with us, you’ll receive an invoice and will be expected to pay within the agreed credit period. However, we don’t accept personal cheques or American Express at this time (only standard UK payment methods).

  • We ask that at least one person be on-site when we deliver an order so it can be signed off on and the materials can be stored in a safe place. 

    All our company's delivery vehicles are equipped with hydraulic cranes for offloading, so our driver will handle the offloading for you. You won’t be expected to do any heavy lifting! Just make sure the drop-off area is clear and accessible for our trucks.

  • Yes! We’re based in Deeside Industrial Park in Flintshire (CH5 2LR), just outside of Chester. 

    Our warehouse is over 20000 square feet, stocked to the brim with thousands of building supplies and tools. You can visit us today to browse our inventory and get a feel for the quality of our products. 

    This is also a great way to speak to our staff members so we can source any materials for you or help you find the best fit for the job. 

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, we will usually accept returns within a reasonable time frame (generally about 14–28 days from purchase; the sooner, the better).

    Just make sure that you keep your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, and we’ll arrange for you to bring the items back and process a refund or credit. Special-order or custom products that we do not usually stock may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. 

    If so, our sales team will inform you of this once you contact us to issue a return.
